Shipping times depend on your location within New Zealand. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

At this stage we primarily ship within New Zealand. If you're located overseas, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Yes, items can be returned provided they meet our return conditions. Please contact us first so we can assist with the process.

Refunds may be issued depending on the circumstances and the condition of the returned item. Please reach out to us to discuss your return.

Contact our team at jessie@westcoastsurf.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you need a different size or product, contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.
